In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Drew Bobby Agan of Boone on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault. Agan was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $212.
Ryan Douglas Patterson of Jefferson was sentenced to seven days in jail on each of four counts of violation of a no contact order. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each count; the fines and surcharges were suspended. The court ruled Patterson is able to pay $100 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. Three counts of violation of a no contact order were dismissed.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Damon David Joseph Zimpel of Scranton has been charged with theft- fifth degree (two counts).
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jason Dean Smits of Jefferson, false report to public entity; Dalton Weber of Scranton, violation of no contact order; Jackson Lee Norton of Carroll, interference with official acts; and Emily Ann Chiafos of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree and criminal mischief- fifth degree.
